These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Sincapp ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and users ("User", "you") who use the Sincapp platform ("Platform", "Service").
By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Sincapp ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and users ("User", "you") who use the Sincapp platform ("Platform", "Service").
By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
Sincapp is a platform that allows users to access various digital services. The Platform may include the following services:

- Access to digital content and services
- Communication and messaging features
- Personalized experiences
3. User Responsibilities
When using the Platform, you have the following responsibilities:
3.1. Providing Accurate Information
All information you provide during registration and afterwards must be accurate, current, and complete.
3.2. Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your account. You should not share your password with anyone and keep it secure.
3.3. Legal Compliance
When using the Platform, you must not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
3.4. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for all content you share on the Platform. Your content must:

- Not violate others' rights
- Not be harmful, threatening, or harassing
- Not contain copyright infringement
4. Personal Data Protection (KVKK)
The processing of your personal data is carried out within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
4.1. Data Processing Purposes
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Provision and management of services
- Customer relationship management
- Security and fraud prevention
- Fulfillment of legal obligations

4.2. Legal Basis for Data Processing
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:

- Fulfillment of legal obligations

4.3. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if your personal data is processed
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used appropriately
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request notification of the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
- To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
- To request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data
4.4. Data Security
Technical and administrative measures are taken for the security of your personal data. These measures include:

- Regular security assessments
- Personnel training
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform and its content are under the intellectual property rights of the Company. These rights include:

The Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the Platform.
The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will work continuously or without errors.

The Company reserves the right to change, update, or discontinue the Platform's features without prior notice.
9. Contract Changes
These Terms may be updated as needed. Changes become effective from the date they are published on the Platform.
Users will be informed of important changes.
10. Termination
This contract may be terminated in the following cases:
- Upon user's request
- In case of violation of terms
- Due to legal requirements
11. Applicable Law and Competent Court
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in case of disputes.
